Beginnings are always hard, and the first few steps are important to get right.  However, sometimes things don´t go as planned and course correction is needed.  In this project our client has the challenge of tackling such an important part of growing a business, but lacks the resources to tackle  immediate needs to fix the short-term reputation needs.

We helped them sharpen their communications and engagement, developed the process to minimize the resource requirements, and guided them on the process and methods for self-management of customer engagement, proposal presentation and situational narrative.  We also developed a yearly plan for actions to be taken to become better connected to customers via digital platforms and direct engagement.
