Our client had developed a new product offering that would satisfy the needs of a new customer base, however before implementing action plans for this new product line, they needed to know what they did not know about their new customers.

We analyzed their available data and identified which would be more useful for the task, as well as identify the missing information that would help reach their objectives.  Working with the different teams we developed dashboards that would aggregate and make the relevant information available to the different teams to serve their needs.  Providing clear visibility for campaign needs and management, seasonality variations, and competitive insights.
